Outrage in Beaverland! All will end in a riot of flowers! Lady B and Domo’s closing date has just been moved from Groundhog Day to February 8th. Groundhog day is a very lucky day for beavers involving platefuls of crumpets and cream tea and bubble & squeak in the morning. February 8th is a very unlucky date for beavers because it represents the birthdates of one of the most inauspicious characters in the known-universe; Lady B’s ex-boyfriend!
One can only hope that the number of good things that have happened on February 8ths past will out-shadow the fuggity birthday of the Mean Man. This, and that the groundhog won’t see his shadow because 21°F is just downright inappropriate.
