From a screenplay I'm working on, called "Bob and the Trees"

                        FEMALE DINER

                       

                        Picking at the dish with her fork.

                                    Is this…Bill, does this looks cooked to you?

            Her husband, (BILL) inspects the dish.

                                                            FEMALE DINER (to BETH)

                                    Is this cooked enough?

                                                            BETH

                                    It’s very good. Delicious. Organic rosemary chicken over cheddar                                 grits—and there you have a roasted kale salad with pinenuts.                           Can I get you more wine?

                                                            FEMALE

                                    I don’t know, do you want more wine?

                                                            BILL

                                    (Shrugs.) I don’t care. If you do.

                                                            BETH

                                    Another round? (She picks up their wine glasses)

            The FEMALE DINER and BILL bristle at the word “round.” They lean in and whisper to each other when BETH walks away.
